Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your pebble arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match your custom message, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send you a replacement free of charge or offer a refund.

- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Returns & Exchanges
Because each Pebble Gift is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects (e.g., if you changed your mind or made a typo in your message). Please double-check your message before submitting your order.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we approve your request. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Timeframe
If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or replacement.
